Kaylin & Alex are getting married at Magnolia Manor in March 2019 and we can't be more thrilled for the wedding to finally be here!! Their love story began about 6 years ago and since then, they can't see doing life with anyone else but each other! Read on to learn about their proposal story!.. "NBA finals 2011 was when it all started. A long haired boy in shorts and flip flops asked a beautiful princess in heels to play a game of pool...the end. LOL but for real I kicked his butt!! Fast forward a few weeks and "Will you be my Boo-Boo?" was written on my car...how could I not say yes right.... For the next 6 years (yes I said 6) we would go on trips, parties, date nights, finally move out of our parents, go for midnight runs to Walmart for Oreo's and milk, move from apartment to apartment, buy some new cars and then eventually start the amazing journey of buying our first home... ...Fast forward some more...(remember I said 6 years LOL)...you will find us going to Bimini just after Christmas 2017. "Let's go to the beach and grab some shots of the sunset so you can make a nice movie", he said. To which I replied, "Okay sure whatever". Here we are driving down to the beach, myself not even realizing all the planning he had done prior: asking my father for my hand a few months earlier like a true gentleman, having the ring set and ready for a special moment or even going to the beach that morning with a rake to move all the trash from a certain spot. So we arrive at the beach (walk to the pre-raked spot) and he lays down blankets and wraps me in one..it was so cold! He then proceeds to play one of my favorite love songs while showing me a photo album on his phone of our past 6 years (see it in our gallery). Then finally just as the sun is about to touch the water he says , "Hey stand up and face the water so I can take a picture of us for the 'movie' you will make." With annoyance, I hesitate and say, "Can't I stay sitting with my blanky??" "No gosh, just stand up!" "Okay...fine." (You can feel the excitement in the room...LOL) After about a minute of facing the water, freezing my butt off, and Alex 'checking the camera' I finally see something at the corner of my eye and well, you can guess the rest. Basically some crying and oddly enough, a LOT of laughing...nervous tick I guess HA!"-Kaylin
